Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations including the UK, EU, and Australia.

Order Issues & Lost Packages

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping info at checkout.
Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us ASAP to correct the address.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on used or opened tattoo products for hygiene reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
